difficult to keep the weight off, and many of us begin showing

we count calories, we count carbohydrates, we count fat, we starve ourselves,
and many of us even use harmful drugs or supplements designed to speed
up our metabolisms.
The end result of all of this
nonsense? Well, that's another sad fact. Most of us are hungry,
almost to the point of starving, and yet our weight doesn't change much
-- if at all.
